Old Workshop
During its former existence as a farm the ground floor of the tobacco barn has been used to raise young piglets and had a workshop next door. The spaces were completely remodelled with care and attention to given to all the details. Accessibility for people with physical limitations was at the forefront of our minds when designing this space. Access is at ground level.
The flat is fully equipped und provides a modern built-in kitchen, a bedroom for two persons and a barrier-free bathroom. The sofa bed in the living room provides two additional places to sleep.
The apartment is heated with under-floor heating, and on cold days a woodstove provides a warm and cosy atmosphere.
